This advanced welding class is administered by a manufacturer-certified welder and is designed for experienced professionals aiming to meet the welding standards required by top automotive brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, and Audi.
The course focuses on manufacturer-specific welding standards, materials, and repair protocols used in high-end vehicle construction. Participants will learn advanced MIG/MAG, and spot welding techniques required for aluminum, high-strength steel, and mixed-material structures. The curriculum emphasizes precision, cleanliness, and joint integrity to meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.
Hands-on training includes the use of OEM-approved equipment, weld sample preparation, and real-world repair simulations. Welders are guided and assessed to ensure they meet the strict quality and safety standards set by these manufacturers.
By the end of the course, participants will be fully prepared for manufacturer certification tests and equipped to work in certified collision repair facilities or OEM-affiliated service networks, ensuring structural integrity and warranty compliance in all approved repairs.
