Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10/07/2026
Southern California Collision Equipment (“SCCE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit scceusa.com, submit our forms, contact us, purchase or inquire about equipment, request service, register for training, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number, billing or shipping address, equipment interests, quote or order details, service requests, training registrations, and information you include in your communications.
If you opt into SMS, we collect the mobile number you provide and records of your consent, including the consent language, form or source, and submission time. We also maintain relevant messaging and opt-out records.
Our website and its service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, and website interactions through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes; process and coordinate orders; arrange equipment installation, service, or training; provide customer support; maintain customer records; operate and improve our website; protect our business and website; and meet applicable legal obligations.
When you separately opt into SMS, we use your mobile number to send support and service messages relating to your inquiry, quote, order, scheduling, or equipment service. This SMS consent does not subscribe you to promotional texts or email marketing.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information needed for business operations to service providers that work on our behalf, including website hosting, customer relationship management, form handling, communications delivery, and equipment fulfillment or service support. HubSpot supports our form and customer-record processes, and RingCentral supports our text-message communications. Providers are permitted to process information for the services they perform on our behalf, subject to applicable agreements.
We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, and safeguard people or property. The SMS protections below apply to our disclosures of mobile information and consent.
SMS consent and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own independent use. Service providers may process mobile information and consent records only as needed to manage our consent records and deliver or support SCCE’s messaging on our behalf. This processing does not authorize those providers to contact you for their own marketing purposes.
Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS. On forms that require a phone number, SMS enrollment requires checking a separate, optional consent box. You may submit the form without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with SCCE. SCCE does not charge a subscription fee for these texts; message and data rates may apply through your carrier. Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact customerservice@scceusa.com or 855-999-SCCE (855-999-7223). See our Terms of Service at https://scceusa.com/terms/.
Cookies and website choices
Cookies and similar technologies may support website operation, remember preferences, and help us understand website usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where provided, the website’s cookie preferences. Disabling some cookies may affect website features.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, managing customer relationships, maintaining consent and opt-out records, and satisfying applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose for which it is maintained.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records where permitted or required by law. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP; for email communications that offer an unsubscribe link, use that link.
Third party websites and updates
Our website may link to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date, with additional notice when required.
