MULTIMIG 522 – Aluminum Welder
MULTIMIG 522 – Aluminum Welder
Aluminum welder and brazer made with synergic pulsed technology
The MULTIMIG 522 comes with a complete set of synergic programs for brazing and welding aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet metal, stainless, and high-strength steel.
Description
- Enables precision electronic control of output power for better quality welds
- Reduces input power by avoiding energy waste found in most electronic-based equipment
- Reduces operating costs with GREEN technology (Integrated Power Factor Correction (PFC))
Two torch usage:
- Standard MIG
- Operates in pulse synergic, synergic, or conventional mode
- Push-pull torch:
- The Chief Elektron Fusion Technologies push-pull system torch has an up-down digital current with a built-in feeder grip, correcting many of the problems encountered when feeding and welding soft aluminum wire, down to 0.6mm.
- The small and lightweight torch (no bulky spool-gun) enables real-time control of the welding process by control of the wire feed speed and current level.
- Program options available to customize unit operation that meets specific working conditions: Arc Length, 2 Time, 4 Time, Spot Time, Pause Time, Inductance, Burn Back, Soft Start etc.
