Like the MULTIMIG 525, the MULTIMIG 511 welds and brazes aluminum alloys, galvanized sheet metal, and stainless and high-strength steel.
This premier aluminum welder is designed with a push-pull torch to optimize aluminum welding, in addition to a built-in cart for easy welder handling that includes a complete set of synergic programs in memory for brazing, welding, and aluminum wire.
The MULTIMIG 511 is built with green technology through Integrated Power Factor Correction (PFC) technology that reduces input power to reduce energy waste found in most electronic-based equipment, resulting in lower operational costs. Lastly, the MULTIMIG 511 can operate in pulse synergic, synergic, or conventional mode.

- Standard MIG torch: Includes an up-down digital current adjust, thanks to a feeder built into the grip. A small and lightweight torch (no bulky spool-gun) enables real-time control of a welding process by controlling the wire feed speed and current level.
- Push-Pull Torch: Corrects discrepancies in repairs when feeding and welding soft aluminum wire, down to 0.6mm.
