The Alu T-Hotbox repairs small to medium damages on aluminum by utilizing the thermal expansion characteristics of aluminum to its advantage. During the first stage of repair, the Alu T-Hotbox measures the resonance frequency of the tool to match that of the aluminum panel. The Alu T-Hotbox then adjusts itself to optimal frequency to activate the aluminum and allow it to realign itself.
